The questions institutes ask
What stops my students sharing one code with the whole class?+
Each code holds the device it is used on. A second device signs the first one out, so two students on one code spend their time kicking each other off rather than studying. In practice one code is one student.
Is the writing and speaking feedback any good?+
It marks against the official IELTS criteria — task response, coherence and cohesion, lexical resource, grammatical range and accuracy — and returns a band per criterion with the reasons. It does not score pronunciation, because a typed transcript carries no sound and a number invented from nothing is worse than no number.
What happens when the licence ends?+
The codes stop working and your dashboard goes read-only. Nothing is deleted. Renew and the same students carry on from where they stopped.
Can we pay by bank transfer against an invoice?+
Yes, and most institutes do. Ask for a quote above and you will get a proper quotation with our details on it; the licence is issued the day the transfer lands.
