Booking window: book a class from 2 hours ahead up to a year ahead. Your teacher gets a 20-minute break after every class, so the hour is yours alone.

Cancelling: cancel more than 30 minutes before the class and the credit comes straight back. Inside the last 30 minutes the class is taught or not, but the credit is used — your teacher has already prepared and is waiting.

If your teacher cancels: your credit is returned in full, whatever the notice and whatever the reason. See the refund policy.

Validity: credits last for the pack's validity window from the day you buy. They are not transferable to another student.
